Our position
SelfieFix: AI Selfie Editor strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, or any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. These rules apply to source images uploaded into the Application, to AI edits produced through it, and to any related communication with our support team.
Reporting concerns
Users can report child safety concerns directly in the app through our reporting or support mechanism. Reports related to child safety are reviewed with priority. Reports can also be sent by email to the designated contact below.
Action on awareness
If we become aware of CSAM or CSAE-related content or activity, we will take appropriate action, including:
- Removing the content
- Restricting or disabling the account where applicable
- Preserving relevant information as required by law
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate regional or national authorities, including (where applicable) the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions
AI-specific safeguards
SelfieFix is an AI photo editor. Because the Application operates on user-supplied images, we apply additional precautions on top of the standard policy:
- The AI editing pipeline is configured to refuse requests that sexualize minors, that would produce CSAM, or that misuse a child's likeness.
- Source images and AI-generated results are subject to automated safety checks; flagged outputs are blocked from delivery and retained for review only as required by law.
- Edit features are designed for adult selfies and portraits; features that could be misused to sexualize minors are not offered in the catalog.
Compliance
SelfieFix: AI Selfie Editor complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the Application is made available, including obligations under the laws of the United States, the European Union, and other regions where users access the Application.
Policy review
These standards are reviewed regularly and updated as our product surface, the legal landscape, and industry best practices evolve. Material changes will be announced in the Application or by email.
